With over 10 years of experience in the Lifestyle and a Certified Coach, I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I have first hand experience in the lifestyle as a Unicorn, poly, swinger, ENM solo, married and single.
